I must admit that many years ago, when I dropped off my CV at an Italian school in Bologna, it had not been planned at all. I had just come across the school on my way home and decided to pop in. Well, that was a memorable day for me, because that was the day I discovered the job of my life! It was love at first sight! Teaching Italian is not just a job for me. Over time I’ve realised that my job is also my passion, my mission. To me, teaching my language, culture and country to the rest of the world is about sharing my passion for my roots and for the place where I come from. Every day I feel grateful for this job that I love so much and for all my students who support me in a truly wonderful way.
